Car Shipping Pros

Hired Broker Car Shipping Pros to ship car from Idaho. They hired United Transport Van Lilnes Inc, (Giorgi Ashivili). Car brought to Florida. Was told I would receive 24 hr notice before delivery. Received 2 hrs and I could not make it home in time. Car taken to storage. United Transport has been very verbally abusive and will not let me even see the car until I pay them for delivery and storage fees. They will not tell me storage company car is at to even see it. Car Shipping Pros said they only have to give 2-3 hrs notice before delivery. I have email from company stating otherwise. They say its out of there hands. I must pay the storage company fees and the delivery costs before I can see the car. They say contact storage company but will not provide storage company name.

Both companies want me to pay additional fees, charges and for delivery without allowing me to see the car first. Neither company will provide storage company info where car is until I pay them first.

Issues, 1. Notice was too short and I could not make it home in time. I have email from company stating driver could not give me 2 days notice because he was so busy, we only agreed on 24 hr notice.
2. Now both companies want me to pay storage charges and delivery without being able to even see the car first. This is unethical. I have told them I am happy to pay for the delivery but want to see the car first. I even asked for the storage costs because if it was not much I would even pay that too, but I wanted to see the car first.

To require somebody to pay fees, charges, and delivery cost without being able to see the vehicle first is not ethical or legal. How do I know the car is not destroyed that's why they want payment first. And why not even tell me where the car is being stored? Shipping Pros is the broker but they would not return calls, texts, or emails until I started posting online. Then they said they knew nothing about it which is not true. I have emails from them the day before about the failed delivery. However they are sticking to it is out of there hands. Pay the delivery, pay the storage fees and the company will they tell you where the car is.

Stay away from Car Shipping Pros as well as United Transport Van Lines Inc. Look up the Name Giorgi Ashvili and you will see another damaged car and how it was handled.
